East Midlands Open Roller Derby are an OTA (open to all) Roller Derby league based in Nottingham, UK. Established in 2020, it was founded on the principle that ANYONE interested in Roller Derby should have a safe, fun environment to learn about our beloved sport. We have a wonderful and diverse membership, and warmly welcome new members from across the East Midlands (and beyond!)

The Super Smash Brollers are EMORD's premier team, SSB have been playing competitive MRDA (Men's Roller Derby Association) aligned Roller Derby since 2013. The Super Smash Brollers are a well loved staple of the UK Roller Derby scene.

EMORD is home to a wealth of experience and Roller Derby knowledge, with experience coaching newbie and veteran skaters alike. We are a growing league, with over 30 fantastic members from all walks of life, a broad range of abilities, and some of the best non-skating members you could ask for. We are all about our community, inclusion, pride, love and sometimes being a little bit emo! 🤘
